We help women reset their mindset, reframe their diagnosis, and reverse Type 2 diabetes — not just lowering the A1C, but reclaiming the life they dream of living. Through education, spiritual alignment, conscious action, and ongoing support, they easily rise into vibrant health and personal freedom. We believe that Type 2 diabetes is not something you fight, it is something you rise above!

About Elaine
I have over 30 years of experience with the art and science of mind/body magic! My proven program, “Reset, Reframe and Reverse” combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. My goal is to help you uncover the gift within your diagnosis—then go on to create the life you’ve been longing for.
I am certified as a Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Naturopathy Practitioner and Reiki Master. I am also a Speaker, Author, and Gift Giver! My training and experience provide many tools to help you go from where you are to where you want to be.
